Job Description:

A company is looking for a Data Strategy Manager to drive model improvement and client engagement in AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Identify opportunities for model improvement and conduct comprehensive diagnostics for clients
Design and implement data plans to enhance AI model performance and manage complex projects
Measure and analyze ROI of various AI training strategies and innovate process design for best practices

Required Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in a data-centric, client-facing role
Deep understanding of data science, research techniques, and statistics
General knowledge of AI and Linguistics
Experience in capacity planning and project management
Strong management and leadership skills
