You will oversee the physical security operations for both campuses and lead the overall safety, security, and emergency management programs. This role involves developing, documenting, and implementing a comprehensive physical security program, which includes physical security technologies, risk assessment, regulatory compliance, emergency preparedness, and more.Reports to: Chief Operating OfficerFLSA: -ExemptMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree preferredOR associate degree in a related field, with 5 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field, along with 3 years of supervisory experience.OR a high school diploma or equivalent, with 10 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field, and 5 years of supervisory experience.Certification in one of the following preferred CHEP, CHSP, CHPPKnowledge of the Hospital Incident Command System (HICS)Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Familiarity with International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety (IAHSS) training standards.Licenses:
