Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director - Mid-Market Leader for
their Private Equity Practice.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage a team within the Private Equity practice to
achieve business objectives
Build and manage relationships with mid-market Private Equity firms
globally to drive software adoption
Collaborate with regional and global sales teams to align the PE
practice with company objectives
Required Qualifications
12-15 years of experience in sales, business development, or client
relationship management, focusing on private equity and enterprise
software
Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams in a
sales or client-facing function
In-depth knowledge of the private equity ecosystem and
decision-making processes
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales quotas
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree
preferred
