A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Account
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Own a portfolio of accounts and drive customer adoption and renewal
strategies
Conduct regular business reviews to ensure customers derive value
from the product
Collaborate with internal teams to develop growth and risk
mitigation strategies
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Sales, Renewal Management, Account
Management, or Customer Success
Experience in quota-carrying roles with a history of meeting
performance indicators
Strong contract negotiation skills with a successful track
record
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
Salesforce experience preferred
