A company is looking for a Manager, Solutions Insights Lab.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the workflow of the Solutions Insights Lab, including
scheduling interviews and maintaining participant relationships
Assist in the analysis of interviews and research findings,
applying social science research principles
Oversee the dissemination of communications, including managing
social media and newsletters
Required Qualifications
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience in project management and client-facing roles
Ability to work under pressure and accept constructive feedback
Experience with systems thinking and understanding complex
interactions
Familiarity with social innovation and current news trends
