Job Description:
Great growing manufacturing company located in Riverside looking
for determined and results driven Production Supervisors!
This opening is for a 2nd shift. Paying $55,000 - $60,000 depending
On experience.
This position will be responsible for supervising a staff of hourly
personnel, leading and managing the day-to-day manufacturing
operations for the facility. You will ensure key objectives are met
in areas of production planning, quality, cost control, safety and
time management. You will also work collaboratively and
successfully with other functional groups including sales,
engineering and customer service to drive future business growth
and achieve maximum production efficiency.
Requirements include:
?4 year degree preferred
?Initiative and competence to anticipate and respond to issues
along with the ability to identify and implement changes as
needed
?Exposure to Lean Manufacturing principles
?Excellent communication skills, personal accountability and a
strong sense of urgency
