A company is looking for a Professional Services Engineer
(Remote, US).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and drive successful software implementations across a
portfolio of moving companies
Build workflows and customize customer product environments using
in-app tools
Collaborate with technical teams to develop and deliver solutions
based on customer requirements
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
Experience with SaaS implementations and managing multiple projects
simultaneously
Proficiency with Excel and strong technical/data savviness
Experience working with APIs and basic integration tools like
Zapier
Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools
