Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all support delivered within the Americas region
Develop and execute regional and departmental strategies for
continuous improvement
Recruit and mentor exceptional talent to enhance customer
experience
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a highly technical support leadership
role
Experience managing targets and growth plans for multiple teams
Technical knowledge within modern application development and
deployment
Experience working within a globally distributed technical support
department
Ability to analyze large scale datasets to identify areas of
success and difficulty
