Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Business Tax Expert to join our team at Intuit. As a Business Tax Expert, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and tax preparation services to our customers.About the RoleYou will be working with our state-of-the-art video communications software to interact with customers and provide tax advice, full-service business return preparation and signature, product/software inquiries, tax calculations, and filing tax extensions.Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance and tax preparation services to our customers
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer
• Apply defined practices, procedures, and company policies to troubleshoot and resolve customer tax advice and tax return preparation
• Document customer interactions
• Work continuously toward meeting company key performance metrics and Big Bet GoalsRequirements
  • 3 or more years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S) for at least 20 clients/customers per season
  • Minimum of 2 seasons of personal Tax Preparation experience, with a minimum of 30 tax returns per tax year in a tax practice or retail setting
