Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mission & Training Solutions/ITS
Finance/Project Controls Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Manage finances for a $1.1B complex contract portfolio, including
financial close and reporting processes
Provide financial support and analyses for business operations and
project reviews
Supervise and develop a team of Project Control Leads and Analysts
while fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA, CFA, or
CPA preferred
10-15 years of experience in a financial role, preferably in the
U.S. Federal Government contractor space
Experience with ASC 606 and various contract types including firm
fixed price and cost-plus fixed fee
Proficiency in Costpoint, Excel, and MS Office suite
Understanding of FAR, CAS, and financial management in federal
contracting
