Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Project Finance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and review financing documentation and compliance
Serve as a financing subject matter expert, providing guidance to peers and stakeholders
Manage day-to-day contributions related to financing, capex, and opex

Required Qualifications

Experience in renewable energy project finance or tax equity structuring
Strong financial modeling and quantitative skills
Knowledge of financing due diligence processes
Working knowledge of Tax Equity, Transferability, and Debt Financing
Experience in a team-oriented environment with adaptability
