A company is looking for a Senior People Operations Associate to
design and enhance HR processes through data-driven insights and
technology.
Key Responsibilities
Execute payroll administration and maintain compliance with
employment laws
Design and implement HR data and analytics infrastructure,
optimizing HR technologies
Collaborate with finance to develop integrated systems for payroll
and compensation processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Data
Analytics, or related field; Master's degree preferred
5+ years of experience in HR operations, HRIS implementation, and
HR analytics
Strong technical skills with HR technologies and data visualization
tools
Experience in administering payroll and benefits cycles
Track record of excellent service to diverse employee
populations
