Job Description:
A company is looking for a Chart Audit Representative to join
their remote team.
Key Responsibilities
Reconcile patient charts and recover straggler charts in accordance
with productivity standards
Contact clinics for additional clinical information on incomplete
charts for billing purposes
Identify and report chart flow issues and contribute strategic
ideas to the Chart Capture team
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
At least six months of experience in medical billing, hospital
registration, or related fields preferred
Proficiency in computer usage, including Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with OnBase or similar workflow software preferred
Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks
effectively
