Job Description:
A company is looking for a Provider Success Coordinator
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for patients and providers,
managing needs and referrals
Interact with provider partners to gather feedback and ensure
optimal patient experiences
Manage complex processes to resolve issues and ensure timely
delivery of medical supplies
Required Qualifications
Experience working with patients in a healthcare environment
Background in a DME company or related to medical supplies
Experience in a clinical setting, such as a physician's office or
hospital
Flexible schedule to meet patient needs
Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack, ticketing software, and
insurance billing tools
